Reflection:
For Standard 4, I have chosen to include the project requirements from our study of Shakespeare's Hamlet in Enlgish IV. Each student chose one of five project options to complete in order to demonstrate their mastery of the "I Can" statements for the play. Along with each project, the students were to write a personal reflection detailing how they demonstrated the required skills. Several of the student projects are displayed above.
I feel that this artifact demonstrates my competency in Standard 4 because it shows my ability to use research-based instructional strategies, responsiveness to meet student needs, and my ability to connect student interests in the instructional process. It also demonstrates my use of available technology resources.
